Fan Captures The Teaser For ‘Shades Of Blue’ Season 2; Plot To Focus On Trust?

Spoilers for "Shades of Blue" season 2 reveal the plot will focus much on trust. NBC has released a short teaser for season 2 of "Shades of Blue" which highlighted much on Harlee Santos (played by Jennifer Lopez) and Michael Wozniak (played by Ray Liotta). A copy of the video was not published yet, but a super big fan of Jennifer Lopez was able to record the clip when NBC aired the teaser.

Thanks to Spoilers Guide for capturing the video posted by the fan. In the teaser, fans can hear Harlee and Michael talking about each other while their images were being flashed on the screen. The clip also highlighted the phrase "Every betrayal begins with trust" which hints on the main plot of the upcoming season 2.

Furthermore, Harlee seems to be disappointed claiming she is not able to protect her loved ones without also hurting them in the process. On the other hand, Michael appears to be still feeling hurt over the decision of Harlee to stab him behind his back. Season 2 will feature how Michael will proceed on questioning the motives of Harlee.

"Shades of Blue" earned good ratings and praises for its first season. However, Jennifer Lopez told E! News that although she is excited to reprise her role, she also admitted that she is not sure if the second season will get the same good reception. Lopez emphasized that no one knows how the new season will turn out with the audience. They just know that they have a good project and an interesting story to tell, which makes it really exciting for her to create the show.

In another interview, Ray Liotta told Deadline that he is also excited about the second season of "Shades of Blue." In the interview, the veteran actor also emphasized that it was good that the new season only has 13 episodes which give the show the ability to feature fresh stories and entices fans to continue tuning into the series too.
