'Forza Horizon 3' Latest Update Bug, Playground Games Said Uninstall It Immediately, Otherwise Saved Game Will Be Wiped Out

If players have downloaded the version .37.2 of "Forza Horizon 3", they could uninstall it to avoid some issues like the deletion of their saved game. Players must be aware that the latest update of the game can corrupt their saved files.

In the official forums of "Forza Horizon 3", the developer of the game named Playground Games said that they are in the process of investigating the issue of its latest update. In the first instance, the issue of the new update is about the players being asked to re-download the full game. It brings a big problem to those who have slow download speeds most especially that "Forza Horizon 3" is over 50 GB. The main issue is about the corrupted saved games of players.

Playground Games posted on forums that PC players who downloaded .37.2 completely and started a new game save will delete the previous save game according to Gamespot. Players must not create a new saved game on version .37.2 of "Forza Horizon 3". However, they can still play on version.35.2 in order to avoid the corruption of their saved games. Players saved game is still secured as long as they did not create a new game on version .37.2. The saved game will work perfectly on .37.2.

In a post, it is stated that the broken update has already been deleted. Therefore, players who have version .37.2 must quickly uninstall the said version of "Forza Horizon 3" and re-install it again. Players can check their version number on the "Forza Horizon 3" startup screen according to Shack News. For those who are not yet finished downloading the game, they can cancel it to avoid some trouble. However, there is no news yet if the new version of the game will affect the Xbox One version of "Forza Horizon 3".
