Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsey opens up about his children and the fact that they wouldn't be able to get a huge chunk off his fortune. Ramsay shares that his four children would have to work hard in order for them to get what they want.

Ramsey, a renowned chef, gets candid about his children and how he raises them during an interview with The Telegraph. Most celebrity kids are able to receive a huge chunk from their parent's earnings but the Ramsey kids would have to work really hard for theirs.

"It’s definitely not going to them, and that’s not in a mean way; it’s to not spoil them," Ramsey stated during an interview with the Telegraph. "They don’t sit with us in first class. They haven’t worked anywhere near hard enough to afford that... I worked my arse off to sit that close to the pilot and you appreciate it more when you’ve grafted for it."

Ramsey also values the importance of not spoiling their children. Part of his insight as a parent is to raise his kids with the value for money.

It is important for parents to teach their kids the value of money without being greedy at a young age. Explaining the importance of earning money and spending in wisely can go a long way, according to Business Insider.

Dr. Shefali Tsabary, a clinical psychologist states that parents should be keen when in it comes to observing their children's spending habits. She also mentions that there's always enough money to spend on the things that you need but would have to save up for it.
