'Fifty Shades Darker' Cast & Trailer: Jamie Dornan Excited to Show More of Christian Grey; Will the Sequel be Sexier?

Following the success of "Fifty Shades of Grey" movie adaptation from E.L. Jame's hit novel, there has been a lot of hype for its sequel, "Fifty Shades Darker," which is slated to hit theatres on February. Teasing fans more, Jamie Dornan, who plays the sexy bad guy Christian Grey, opens up to People about the film. Will one of People's Men of the Year for their Sexiest Man Alive issue bare more skin?

Dornan recently sat with People to talk about "Fifty Shades Darker" and his experiences while playing the pivotal role of Grey.

"I'm looking forward to embodying Christian again -- and getting a chance to show more of him," he tells the magazine.

MoviePilot speculates that the "Fifty Shades" star may be hinting that his role as Grey in "Fifty Shades Darker" may be more NSFW. This statement from Dornan also corroborates with Dakota Johnson's interview, who play Anastasia Steele, about being fearless in doing risqué, extra sexy scenes.

In an interview with Elle Magazine, Johnson said, "I don’t have any problem doing anything. The secret is I have no shame. I think there's a part of a woman that wants to be the thing that breaks a man down." According to the star, playing Ana Steele is not an easy feat as she has to be sexually honest with herself, especially when filming sex scenes.

Johnson also said that to prepare for her character, she had to read the book. "While reading the book, I found myself more interested in the ways the characters are breaking each other down emotionally than the sex scenes. I think there's a part of a woman that wants to be a thing that breaks a man down," she revealed.

MoviePilot further notes that the film's PR team may be behind these statements from the actors as a way to prep up the audience on what to expect for "Fifty Shades Darker." However, the news outlet explains that the "Fifty Shades" team may push the boundaries too far that it may end up getting too dark.

Dornan also told People that while filming "Fifty Shades Darker," he did not expect the rain in Vancouver, where the sequel to "Fifty Shades of Grey" was shot.

Apart from "Fifty Shades Darker," Dornan is also expecting her second child with wife Amelia Warner and is currently filming "The Fall," a psychological thriller on BBC. The 33-year-old actor shared that he enjoyed filming the series in his hometown in Belfast, Ireland.
