A New Diet Plan Involves Eating Tacos All Day!

A new diet is currently getting the attention of a lot of people, not just because it would make them lose weight, but because this involves a lot of eating. It is called The Taco Cleanse diet and it would require a person to eat tacos all day, everyday for the next 30 days.

People Magazine reported that this idea came from a book created by Wes Allison, Stephanie Bogdanich, Molly R. Frisinger and Jessica Morris. Their concept to keeping the body healthy is completely the opposite of what people are expecting since this involves a lot of consumption of food.

However, the tacos written on their book are not just ordinary tacos because they do have specific recipes on how to make them that would be more effective for the said diet plan. More than 35 vegan recipes can also be found in this book that goes well with the toppings of different taco flavors.

This diet plan, however, does not promise weight loss, but those who will try it would be able to gain the many advantages it could give when it comes to health issues. According to the book, a "breakfast taco" could eliminate what a person had the night before that could be toxic for the body. Another interesting benefit from this diet is when a person eats the spicy taco before going to bed. The book stated it could result to having some prophetic dreams.

Usually, the cleansing process involves drinking some juice or participating in an intense workout plan, the Taco Cleanse diet is definitely something one could call out-of-the-box. The Huffington Post also reported this on-going cleansing diet plan and, according to them, the plan is blended with an unorthodox way to keep fit and humor that would certainly help anyone who needs a good laugh.
