Catherine Zeta Jones Might Just Consider Plastic Surgery If She "Feels Like It"

Despite her age, it cannot be denied that Catherine Zeta-Jones is still a stunner. Some tend to speculate that she might have gone under the knife in order to maintain her youthful look. However, the 46-year old says she has not, albeit, she might just consider it in the future if she feels like it. Her secret to that lovely glow? It's doing regular exercises.

Catherine Zeta-Jones is not the type of woman to sit around, eat a lot and simply visit a beauty clinic for that fast cosmetic procedure. No way! This Welsh-born actress makes it a part of her routine to run on the treadmill or do what she calls a "power walk."

Mirror reported that Jones believes being able to sweat it out makes her healthy. She said, "I really feel it's healthy for a body to sweat every day. I run on my treadmill or power walk outside."

"Then I do some bodywork and arm work and a bit of tap dancing every now and then," Jones added. The fact that she has not undergone plastic surgery does not necessarily mean that she is an "anti-plastic surgery" advocate.  "If I feel like it, I'm going to go ahead and do it," she commented.

For years, the Dad's Army star has been confronted with rumors that she had all those procedures like a nose job or a boob job. She simply has not tried out any of those procedures, but she is not also the type to tell somebody that it's wrong if they would like to do it.

As to her totally amazing facial complexion, her secret, according to Daily Mail, was to soak her face in argan oil. Instead of using over-the-counter and highly expensive moisturizers, Jones uses argan oil to moisturize her face. And, with the way the actress looks now, it must be an effective beauty regimen.

For women who want to be as good-looking as Jones when they reach 40, then now is the time to incorporate regular exercise and argan oil in their daily routine. Catherine is living proof that this regimen works.
