Jack Osbourne's Wife Suffers from Late-Term Miscarriage

Jack Osbourne's wife suffers from late-term miscarriage, according to TV Guide. They announced the news on her blog on Thursday.

Jack's wife, Lisa, wrote: "I have been dreading this announcement. I needed some time before being able to say it. Jack and I lost our baby boy last week," she wrote. "Having late-term miscarriage is by far the hardest thing eight of us has ever had to go through. We appreciate all of your prayers and ask for privacy and respect during this time. It's important to stay hopeful and optimistic through life's toughest moments. We never know why things like this happen. All we can do is trust in God and know he has a plan for our lives."

A few hours later, Lisa tweeted, saying: "Cuddling my amazing, sweet hubby and shutting my eyes. Thank you for all the love and support. It means the world." Jack and Lisa Osbourne married last October. They have been blessed with a 16-month old daughter, Pearl. Earlier this week, Jack, who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2002, was announced as one of the cast members of the upcoming Dancing with the Stars, a reality TV show. 

Jack and Lisa Osbourne have not yet expressed their desire to get pregnant again any time soon.
