UK’s Biggest Family to Welcome 17th Baby

There is no stopping for the biggest family in the U.K., the Radfords, as they prepare to welcome their 17th baby.

Sue and Noel Radford, who have earned a reputation of parenting 16 biological children, announced that they were expecting their 17th baby. Their latest tot was born 11 months ago.

The couple from Morecambe, Lancashire, said they did not know the sex of the baby and are "absolutely thrilled" about its arrival.

"We are so excited to announce Radford baby 17 will be joining this family in April," Sue posted on the family Facebook page and uploaded her 12-week sonogram photo.

"As you can imagine, the children are so excited. Little Tilly said to me: "Mummy you have a baby in your tummy". It was so sweet," the 38-year-old mother wrote. "I feel so sick. Whoever named it morning sickness was lying. Try morning, noon and night sickness."

The couple expected their first child when Sue was 14 and Noel just 19. They married four years later when their second child, a daughter, was born. Sue said that every day chores are "like a military operation" but maintained that she adjusted herself to parenting over the last 22 years.

Sue and Noel own a bakery and use a minibus to go around with entire family. Their youngest baby was born in 2012 and weighed 8lb 8oz. Sue's labour lasted just 16 minutes, reported Daily Mail.

The Radfords spend around £300 each week on food, that includes 18 pints of milk and three loaves of bread every day.
