Charlie Sheen Campaigns Against 'Twilight' Fan Donald Trump: Sheen Calls To America With Abraham Lincoln's Words

"Twilight" fan Donald Trump may have received the endorsements of Gov. Chris Christie, Ku Klux Klan's David Duke, reality TV's Teresa Giudice, Sarah Palin, Ted Nugent and Tila Tequila. Charlie Sheen, however, is not getting onto the Donald Trump wagon and he is making this clear with words from President Abraham Lincoln.

According to New York Daily News, former "Two And A Half Men" star Charlie Sheen went on Twitter and called upon United States voters to vote for any other candidate as long as they do not vote for The Donald. "hey Trump, 'A farce or comedy is best played; a tragedy is best read at home' Abe Lincoln America please WAKE UP! © #AnyoneButTrump," Sheen posted on Twitter.

CNN reports that Charlie Sheen had also previously made his stand on Donald Trump's candidacy known to the public. A few months ago Sheen said that Donald Trump, in so many words, is not the right candidate to become the next president of the United States.

The Daily Beast reports that "Zoolander 2" actor Owen Wilson likened the campaign strategy that Donald Trump uses to Charlie Sheen's public episodes in 2011. However, despite the entertainment value that Owen Wilson sees in Donald Trump, Wilson shares Charlie Sheen's stand and does not see Trump as the man for the presidency.

"You can't help but get a kick out of him, and I think part of it is we're so used to politicians on both sides sounding like actors at press junkets-it's sort of by rote, and they say all the right things," Wilson stated. "So here's somebody who's not following that script. It's like when Charlie Sheen was doing that stuff-like, wow! He's answering a question completely honestly, and in an entertaining way. You sort of feel he could be a character from Network."

For his part, Donald Trump is taking his own dig at Charlie Sheen. In a separate story New York Daily News reported that Donald Trump described Sheen as sad in a word association segment of his interview with Yahoo. Clearly, no love is lost between Charlie Sheen and Donald Trump.
