Lindsay Lohan’s Half-Sister Ashley Horn Undergoes Surgery to Look Like Her

In a bid to look like her half-sister Lindsay Lohan, Ashley Horn underwent plastic surgery and spent nearly $25, 000.

"I've gotten rhinoplasty, a bit of refinement underneath my cheeks and jawline, some fat injected into my chin and some fat injected into my upper cheeks," Ashley revealed. "My goal was to look like Lindsay in her good days, when she was around 18, 19 years old," she told InTouch magazine. "I'm hotter than Lindsay! I have no problem saying that," she boasted. 

However, Ashley does not forget to mention that she is completely opposite of Lindsay in terms of personalities. "I'm not Lindsay. I wasn't raised in that family," she said.

She also mentioned that she would like to stay as far as she could from Lindsay and would not have any relationship with her. "I don't drink, do drugs or party. I like being a responsible person," she said.

Ashley is the daughter of Lindsay's father Michael Lohan and Kristi whom he dated in the 90s despite being married to Lindsay's mother Dina.

But it seems the news of Ashley's surgery to look like Lindsay did not go down too well with Michael. "It's totally shocking. Why on earth would she do something like this? It's just sick and twisted. She's only 18 years old and she's undergoing plastic surgery? She was a really pretty girl in her own right, why would she do something like this?" he told Popdust. 

"I suspect Kristi is behind the decision for Ashley to undergo all this surgery purely for publicity purposes. The crazy thing is Kristi is constantly complaining that she's broke and yet she manages to pay out $25,000 for her 18-year-old daughter to undergo cosmetic surgery when it's totally unneeded!" he said.
