Milan Celebrates First Traditional Catalan Christmas with Mother Shakira and Father Gerard Pique! (SEE PHOTO)

Baby Milan celebrated his first traditional Catalan Christmas with mommy Shakira and daddy Gerard Pique.

The 36-year-old Columbian singer posted a cute photo of herself with Milan where she mimics his crying face. Shakira is seen scrunching up her face with a similar pout as Milan's, reported PEOPLE magazine.

"Milan and its first 'caga tió' (Catalan Christmas tradition) at home of great-grandmother! Shak," tweeted the singing sensation.

Shakira later posted other photos taken with partner Gerard and her 11-month-old son, who celebrated his first traditional Catalan Christmas. The family seemed to have a great time together. Milan is seen holding a wooden log to hit Caga Tio. Shakira sweetly described her little one as "mimosas," that means 'fussy' in English.

Huffington Post reported that Caga Tio, equivalent to Santa Calus in Catalan, is a traditional figure dressed in Catalan red hat. Tio means 'uncle' in Spanish and 'log' in Catalan. So Caga Tio is a 'poo log,' literally.

In Catalan tradition, Caga Tio is wrapped in a blanket and 'fed' until Christmas Eve. Next day, on Christmas Day, the children hit Caga Tio with a stick to make it "poop" out presents hidden under the blanket, reported the PEOPLE. Baby Milan definitely seemed to have a fun time with getting his Christmas presents from Caga Tio.

Milan, whose full name is Milan Pique Mebarak, is his mother's darling. Earlier in May, Shakira jokingly said that she loves breastfeeding and would want to continue doing it till her son goes to college.  "I love it! I can't stop! I think I'm going to breastfeed him until he goes to college! I'm hooked!" she said.
