1. Scabies

Most people are not aware that scabies can be a sexually transmitted infection. The mites that cause the severe itching can be spread to another person through prolonged and intimate physical contact. Scabies is usually treated through topical creams.

2. Typhoid Fever

Typhoid fever is another disease that most people do not know could be transmitted sexually. However, it is not yet known how long Zika virus can stay in a man's semen after the symptoms disappear.
