NBC's fantasy-drama TV series, "Grimm" season 5 is heading down to its finale episode. According to reports, the remaining "Grimm" episodes will be filled with excitement, thrill, surprises and action.

Nick At His Most Vulnerable State In 'Grimm' Season 5

Two weeks from now, "Grimm" fans will witness the finale episode of their favorite NBC TV series. "Grimm" season 5 finale will air for two hours. The anticipated episode is expected to deliver tons of surprises.

According to TV Insider, in the "Grimm" Season 5 finale, Conrad Bonaparte (Shaun Toub), the leader of the terrorist Wesen group, Black Claw will kidnap Nick Burkhardt (David Guintoli). Bonaparte is desperate to get a hold of the Grimm lineage book, so he did this.

"Bonaparte will do anything to get hold of a valuable artifact-the Grimm lineage book-that's in Nick's possession," "Grimm" showrunner David Greenwalt disclosed. "This will give Black Claw the upper hand it needs for their revolution. To secure the prize, Bonaparte gets inside Nick's head, literally. It's an epic showdown."

However, that's not all because according to Greenwalt, fans will see Nick in his most vulnerable state in "Grimm" season 5 finale. "Our fans are going to see Nick at his most vulnerable."

Bonaparte first appeared in "Grimm" season 5 episode 19 "The Taming of the Wu." He will return in the finale to finish his multi-episode arc. Hadrian's Wall will hunt Bonaparte as they pursue their investigation against Black Claw.

Black Claw Versus Hank

According to Movie News Guide, the synopsis of "Grimm" Season 5 finale also featured Black Claw carrying a shocking strategic move against Hank (Russel Hornsby). Not much is revealed about this story plot, but the synopsis added that this move would send "Nick on a war path."

Meanwhile, per the report, in "Grimm" Season 5 "Bad Night" episode, Hank and Zuri's (Sharon Leal) relationship will move in "unexpected ways." On the other hand, Adalind will have to face tough decisions in order to protect her child.

"Grimm" Season 5 finale airs on May 20.
