The deceased villain will once again appear to his son Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) in a dream. But if his previous special appearance in the March 1 episode of "Days of Our Lives" was heartwarming, his upcoming appearance will be disturbing, according to Celeb Dirty Laundry.

The murder of Stefano is still making an impact on the characters of "Days of Our Lives." Although Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) had no direct participation in Hope's murder of Stefano, he still helped in disposing of the corpse.
