Several fans were devastated when the "Descendants of the Sun" TV series has already come to an end. However, despite the fact that the much-loved Korean Hallyu has left the small screen, new reports are claiming that Song Joong-ki will be returning to TV via "The Sound of Your Heart."

"Descendants of the Sun" actor Song Joong-ki will soon be returning the favor made by Lee Kwang Soo who made a cameo appearance in the Episode 1 of the hit Korea drama series. News has it that Song Joong-ki will be making a cameo appearance in "The Sound of Your Heart."

Blossom Entertainment, which is the management agency of Song Joong-ki, has confirmed on Tuesday that the 30-year-old actor will soon be filming for the new "The Sound of Your Heart" web drama. With this, Song Joong-ki will have to take a break from his eight-city China leg of Asian tour.

With Lee Kwang Soo and Jung So Min as lead stars, Song Joong-ki will be filming for the scene in "The Sound of Your Heart" on May 17, Tuesday. It will be aired at KBS 2TV, which is also the same TV network that aired the "Descendants of the Sun" series.

Song Joong-ki has developed deep friendship with Lee Kwang Soo

According to reports, the mutual cameo appearances of Lee Kwang Soo and Song Joong-ki is a solid proof that a deep friendship has been developed between the two stars. As a matter of fact, "Descendants of the Sun" actor Song Joong-ki has revealed on a fan meet in Beijing, China last Saturday, May 14, that it is Lee Kwang Soo who updates his accounts in Baidu and Weibo.

Additionally, Song Joong-ki has revealed that Lee Kwang Soo is a very important person he needs to be with in his trips. "I need Lee Kwang Soo to tag along. Someone has to spend money for me," the 30-year-old "Descendants of the Sun" actor said.
