Charlie Hunnam Leaves ‘Sons Of Anarchy’ Reunion At Space City Comic Con Due To Contract Issues

The cast of "Sons of Anarchy," including Charlie Hunnam, was expected to attend the three-day event at the Space City Comic Con in Houston. However, a lot of fans were disappointed when the stars confirmed to be attending the event were nowhere to be seen. What really happened?

Charlie Hunnam was recently confirmed to be joining the "Sons of Anarchy" reunion at the Space City Comic Con in Houston. This was one of the most highly anticipated moments that fans have been waiting for since the FX series came to a close in 2014.

However, what was thought to be a heartwarming reunion between the cast of "SOA" and fans turned out to be one of the most devastating events for fans. Official Ava Jade reports that a lot of fans were ripped off and even the stars were not paid for their appearances in the said event.

Hunnam has reportedly arrived at the Space City Comic Con on Saturday morning, but the 36-year-old actor left after realizing that something was not right. According to the publication, Hunnam confronted the event's promoter to straighten out their issues.

Hunnam had to go all the way to the bank to cash in the check he received from the event. Unfortunately, Hunnam was told that the account in the check was already closed. This prompted Hunnam to leave the event right after that.

While a lot of fans are still complaining over the Space City Comic Con and are demanding refunds, many are wondering whether Hunnam will appear in the "Sons of Anarchy" spinoff. Comicbook.com reports that there seems to be little possibility for fans to see the original cast in the upcoming spinoff.

The "Sons of Anarchy" spinoff will focus on the Mayans Motor Club and may take place years after the original FX show. This means that Hunnam's role as Jax Teller is already dead and it will no longer make sense to see Jax in the series.
