The former star of "The Hills" and "Laguna Beach," Kristin Cavallari is a working mom. For her one of the challenges in her set up is missing her children often because of her job. The mom of three has to travel often times and be away from her family due to her commitments.

Cavallari is married to Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler. They have three children, Jaxon Wyatt, 2, Camden Jack, 3, and Saylor James, 6 months. The family lives in Chicago but most of her jobs are in New York or Los Angeles.

According to the celebrity mom, aside from missing her children, finding time for herself is now more challenging. When outside the home she works, when in their household she has to attend her kids. However, despite the difficulties, for her motherhood is still rewarding.

"The most rewarding part about having kids is there's just so much more love in your life," she told People. "I finally feel like I have a real identity. I feel like I have a purpose here in life now. I'm a mom to these three amazing little babies and my whole world just kind of opened up."
