GoPro Hero 5 Release Date, News & Updates: Company On The Brink Of Demise; Can Hero 5 Save It All?

The days are not boding well for Go Pro owing to its poor and low sales returns. The low returns have pushed the American camcorder company to set its hopes for its new product, the GoPro Hero 5.

It is undeniable that the company has faced negative returns and it has affected the image of GoPro. However, hope is being deemed to fall on the shoulders of Hero 5. The question that arises is that the device carry the expectations and save the company from the brink of profit demise.

According to Master Herald, the outcome was truly bad and it has pushed the electronics manufacturer to reach the bottom-line, but some experts such as Joe Wittine of Longbow Research believes that the GoPro Hero 5 gear could be the key to saving the company to prevent more losses.

Moreover, even GoPro CEO Nick Woodman boasts and said, "GoPro as we have known it today has resonated with our core customer, who wants the solution so badly that they are willing to deal with the inconvenience of manually offloading and accessing and editing their content."

"But we are self-aware and we're willing to acknowledge that experience is too difficult for the mass market consumer, today," Woodman further said.

Given the fact that GoPro experienced a profit slump, the release of the new device would set the company on a more positive note. Largely due to the specs and features of the device, rumors of the GoPro Hero 5 gear becoming the most connected and convenient product that the company has ever made, reports The Christian Times.

Despite the strong features that looks promising, GoPro Hero 5 and its release date has not yet been revealed by the company, but other enthusiasts are convinced that it is just a matter of time before the release date and entire specs are revealed.
