According to a report by Parent Herald, the upcoming MacBook Pro 2016 will have OLED keycaps, USB-C ports, thinner and lighter design that is most common for new products of Apple. The upcoming MacBook Pro 2016 will also have Cellular 46 connectivity, 5k video technology and a much bigger RAM among others.

The MacBook Air on the other hand, has not received any upgrades since 2015 and its physical design has also not been upgraded since 2010.

The reason why the MacBook Air still continues its production is because it is truly a great Apple product. Just the same as the company's lingering products, the MacBook Air is a great portable, notebook and is still considered the lightest and thinnest notebook around.

Although there is no confirmation whether MacBook Air will get an upgrade, it is certain that this notebook will continue to sell in stores.

However, other reports are saying that even with its lightweight design, the new MacBook Pro 2016 will still have a longer battery life and will have Skylake as its processor.

Some are claiming that the MacBook Pro 2016 will be the best laptop ever to come and with such reports, it is undeniable that consumers are waiting for its arrival this fall.
