Nintendo NX Rumors, Release Date & Updates: New Console Offers NVIDIA And Android TV Platform, Gives New Titles To Handheld Console Soon?

Fans of the much awaited Nintendo NX will be able to see the game console this coming September. Along with its upcoming reveal, comes potential details about Nintendo's new Nintendo NX.

The hype being built for Nintendo NX may just be as natural according to Forbes. Since Nintendo needs to mostly compete Microsoft and Sony who are doing well with their game consoles.

As Wii U was not able to compete mostly with the likes of PlayStation 4 and Xbox, Nintendo's efforts to build a much better device in the form of Nintendo NX can be very well be appreciated. According to rumors, the new console will be far better than its previous consoles.

The Gadget Website reported that the upcoming Nintendo NX will be a unified console which will allow for Nintendo to put all their work into one piece of console. This will eliminate droughts of no first party titles that were common for 3DS and Wii U.

Also, reports about the Nintendo NX allowing smartphone titles to be played on the console is exciting to fans. Games like Militomo, Fire Emblem and Animal Crossing are reported to be available for Nintendo NX players.

The upcoming Nintendo NX has been reported to possibly have NVIDIA silicon and Android TV platform. For those who does not know, NVIDIA's SHIELD Android TV set up device is currently the most powerful media streamer.

Those who will buy Nintendo NX will be able to stream PC games straight to their TV. Since the gaming console will be a combination of a handheld portability device and a traditional console game, players will be able to take their gaming one step higher.

Ubisoft happily announced that Nintendo NX will also have a couple of new game titles. "We announced that we're developing Just Dance for NX and we have other surprises that we will announce later, but we also believe that Nintendo has the power to reinvent the way families are playing," Allain Corre said, Ubisoft's head of EMEA.
