Trump And Baby: Donald Trump Asks Woman With Crying Baby At Rally To 'Get The Baby Out Of Here'

Donald Trump was making a speech in a rally in Ashburn, Northern Virginia when a crying baby in the audience caught his attention. At first, he said that it was alright and went on with his speech but later asked the mother to get the crying baby out of the area.

"Don't worry about that baby," said Trump initially, as quoted in a report in The Daily Beast. "I love babies. I love babies. I hear that baby crying and I like it. I like it. What a baby, what a beautiful baby. Don't worry, don't worry. The mom's running around like-don't worry about it. You know? It's young and beautiful and healthy and that's what we want, OK," the Republican presidential nominee added.

Trump went on in his speech about how China, according to him, was ripping the United States apart to shreds. But still, the baby in the audience went on crying and Trump once again briefly stopped his speech to turn his attention to the mother of the baby.

"Actually, I was only kidding, you can get the baby out of here," Trump said, as per a report in Politico. "That's all right. Don't worry. I, I think she really believed me that I love having a baby crying while I'm speaking. That's OK. People don't understand. That's OK," Trump added, as members of the audience laughed and clapped at his remarks.

The report quoted Democratic vice presidential nominee Tim Kaine referring to the baby incident at Trump's rally, with Kaine saying that he wonders who the baby really is. Politico said that per NBC News reporter Katy Tur, the crying baby had been allowed to stay at the Trump rally after all.

According to a report by the New York Times, another baby cried during the Trump rally in Virginia, but eventually calmed down. Trump did not say anything about the second crying baby. The report also said that silent protesters and people wearing red American Association of Retired Persons shirts were escorted out of this particular Trump rally.
