'South Park' Season 20 Release Date, News & Spoilers: Reality Returns, Will Burn Taylor Swift In Upcoming Episode?

"South Park" Season 20 will be pulling out all the stops as it celebrates its 20th year on air. One such Easter egg in the new season has already been announced and it is possibly the reappearance of a minor character that was only shown for a little more than two minutes last year.

There is a possibility that Reality will be returning to "South Park" Season 20 after a much talked-about first appearance in season 19, Mashable reported. The character was introduced in the fifth episode, titled "Safe Space," as a personification of "reality" and is shown threatening to destroy political correctness. Reality's return in "South Park" Season 20 was teased by creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker, saying that Reality "will blow people's minds."

"South Park" Season 20, which will be a milestone in the run of the Emmy and Peabody-winning animated series, has also unveiled a new logo for the upcoming premiere, Deadline reported. Shaped like how the logos for the Super Bowl look, the logo also comes with a video look-back/preview (posted below).

"South Park" Season 20 will be pressured to follow up to the critical acclaim the animated series got in the 19th season. The previous season was the first time the show went episodic after eighteen seasons of keeping on a serial arc. Since the show is very much updated on pop culture, it is also possible that viewers will see the characters roast Taylor Swift.
