"Pokemon Sun and Moon" will now showcase new Pokemon native to the islands of Alola. This will be seen in the upcoming "Pokemon Sun and Moon." While some of the Pokemonin are completely new, there are others too who are the Alolan versions of favorite characters.

The "Pokemon Sun and Moon" video initially brought to us Wishiwashi- a water-type fish Pokemon. This came with two known versions. Wishiwashi in "Pokemon Sun and Moon" has two forms - a Solo Form and a more powerful School Form. When the Wishiwashi is in the Solo Form, it is not very powerful. However, after a certain level is attained, it will utilize the schooling ability and transform into a huge school of fish. This will start sending powerful water attacks against its enemies.

"Pokemon Sun and Moon" will include Morelull and Pyukumuku in the upcoming version. Morelull is a fairy type of Pokemon. It has the illuminate or effect spore ability. Pyukumuku is a water-type Pokemon. It looks like a sea cucumber. It has the innards out ability. In the trailer, Pyukumuku was seen to be changing its guts into a powerful weapon, reported Nintendo News.

Another very interesting character that was shown is Raichu in Alola form. It is the electric/psychic-type of Pokemon and it has the Surge Surfer ability. However, this version of Raichu is much smaller than the previous form. In "Pokemon Sun and Moon" this Pokemon can reportedly gain an advantage in an electric environment, reported Pokebeach.

There was another character too which took to the Alolan version. An Alolan version of Meowth was also introduced in "Pokemon Sun and Moon." This is a dark-type creature which has the Pickup/Technician ability. Also, there was an Alolan version of Marowak too. This is a fire/ghost-type Pokemon with the Cursed Body/Lightning Rod ability. There are many Pokemons who are featured in the Alolan version. All these Pokemons have new abilities also.

Members of the Team Skull, the new villain are also showcased in "Pokemon Sun and Moon." The head of the group is depicted to be Guzma. Another trainer, Plumeria, is an admin and Team Skull's Big Sister. It is seen that Team Skull are preparing well to battle their Pokemon. It is expected that the group will showcase many unique Pokemon when the game is launched.
