'Sleepy Hollow' Season 4 Premiere Date, News & Update: Second Witness A Stranger To Ichabod Crane? Old Villain To Hijack First S4 Episodes?

"Sleepy Hollow" Season 4 will introduce to Ichabod Crane (Tom Mison) a stranger, who will become the second Witness. Timing is essential in meeting this Witness as reports say that Ichabod Crane will not only reunite with Nicole Beharie, who played Abbie Mills but also with one of the more wicked villains of past "Sleepy Hollow" seasons.

Entertainment Weekly cites executive producer Clifton Campbell in revealing that Abbie Mills' sister Jenny is definitely not the new Witness in "Sleepy Hollow" Season 4. However, as rules dictate, the new Witness will be someone related to Abbie Mills and will be a newcomer to "Sleepy Hollow" Season 4.

  Ichabod Crane and the new Witness will have to meet in Washington DC rather than in New York as the "Sleepy Hollow" Season 3 finale closed with Abbie Mills' former partner being whisked off by FBI Assistant Director Jack Walters (Michael O'Keefe). As Entertainment Weekly recalls, Abbie Mills' father Ezra (James McDaniel) had been telling Ichabod Crane about the secret organization founded by George Washington before the FBI swooped in.

Yahoo cites Michael Ausiello on what's brewing for Ichabod Crane in Washington DC on "Sleepy Hollow" Season 4. The media agency reports that a source revealed that "Sleepy Hollow" Season 4 episode called "Heads Of State" will take Ichabod Crane in the path of an old villain.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Ichabod Crane will meet a new band of people in Washington DC, who will play key roles in "Sleepy Hollow" Season 4. At the top of the cast list is Janina Gavankar who, similar to Abbie Mills, will be a sort of partner for Ichabod Crane in the new "Sleepy Hollow" episodes.

Janina Gavankar as Homeland Security agent Diana dotes on a 10-year old daughter Molly Thomas (Oona Yaffe). Interestingly, Molly Thomas and Ichabod Crane will form an immediate bond in "Sleepy Hollow" Season 4.
