According to iO9, Youtuber Matthew Longua spliced the bits of "Star Wars" Celebration behind-the-scenes reel and "Star Wars Rogue One" trailer with the Beastie Boys on the track. Many were surprised at how the remix was so good from the film's original orchestral score of John Williams.

With the Beastie Boys backing up the track for "Star Wars" soundtrack, many were surprised at how it puts a fresh spin on the classic film series, especially in terms of tone and visuals effects. Overall, the musical score made Jyn Erso's (Felicity Jones) character more influential and alive. In fact, it features a perfect timing when Erso delivered the line "I rebel" and the musical tempo and scenes turn more aggressive, chaotic and explosive.
