‘Attack on Titan’ Season 2 Now In Production; ‘AoT’ Will Not Follow Manga Series; Beast Titan and Intelligent Titan Bring More Death

Good news for "Attack on Titan" fans! The much-awaited "AoT" Season 2 will finally come but unlike previous reports that the second season will be more the same as the manga series, the upcoming season will be totally different from what most fans expect.

According to recent reports, "Attack on Titan" Season 2 will have scarier Titans and would even be present and hiding within their fortress. New problems will arise within the walls as a new beast Titan which is a gigantic ape-like creature that can brutally kill its opponent by sheer force will come into play.

  Unlike in "AoT" Season 1 where there was not enough explanation on how the Titans came to be or why and how the surviving group of people is confined within the walls to avoid the Titans, "Attack on Titan" Season 2 would deal more about the back story before the apocalyptic world came to be.

This would go well in delving with the story of the Reiss family and how Historia Reiss, daughter of Rod Reiss went and join the Survey Corp. "Attack on Titan" Season 2 would also be able to explain the use of the "Coordinate" and how the Reiss family were able to use it to gain power.

While most fans used the idea of the "Uprising Arcs" and "Clash on Titans" chapter to base the possible story for "Attack on Titan" Season 2, it is reported that the upcoming season will bring a unique kind of experience to its viewers.

According to Inquisitr, the upcoming "Attack on Titan" Season 2 will not be a sequel or just a continuation of the first season. The upcoming season though will have an independent plot and story line and will deviate from what most people know already based on the manga series.

The only thing that "Attack on Titan" Season 2 may have as similarity with the manga series is that the Survey Corps will still kill those large Titans. However, a new foe or a friend will come in play in "AoT" Season 2. Zeke, a Titan who can also transform himself just like Eren but is intelligent, unlike any other Titans.

The role that Eren will play in "Attack on Titan" Season 2 is still unknown. However, reports are suspecting that he will be kidnapped by Rod Reiss so that Historia Reiss can finally get the "Coordinate" and get the power back to the Reiss family. 

Eren and Mikasa will still be the lead stars of "Attack on Titan" Season 2 and the story would still revolve around their relationship and Armin. Reports are also indicating that Eren will still be responsible for the death of many soldiers from the Survey Corp because of his hard headedness. 

Now that we are able to find the latestdevelopment for "Attack on Titan" Season 2, most fans are still unaware when "AoT" Season 2 would return. Since there is still no announcement yet on the exact date but it is projected that the upcoming season would return early next year.
