Ray Allen's NBA career has been on hiatus for two years already. The sharpshooter missed several seasons in the NBA league but reports have it that Allen is making a comeback this season. The NBA trade rumors suggest that Ray Allen might reunite with LA Clippers head coach Doc Rivers.

Ray Allen is a pro in what he does. In fact, he won two championships, is a 10-time NBA All-Star and has won the NBA three-point shootout back in 2011. That's not all, Ray Allen is the NBA all-time leader in three-pointers made.

Some NBA players retire before they turned 40 but, Ray Allen at 41, is considering a comeback. Doc Rivers, head coach of Los Angeles Clippers admits that he talked with Allen and announced that the player is in amazing shape and could potentially return in the NBA league if he finds the right spot, Mass Live reported.

Rivers is even very impressed at how Ray Allen maintain his shape even after staying away in the professional basketball court for two years. In fact, he considered the player in the "top 5 shape in the NBA." Allen told Hartford Courant that he feels great after his shooting routine, which makes him consider in making a comeback in the NBA league.

Ray Allen and Doc Rivers have worked together for Boston Celtics before and there are rumors that the pair might unite in LA Clippers. At the time, Allen is still undecided where to join but reports have it that he might return in Celtics or could probably join San Antonio Spurs or Clippers.

Aside from this, Parent Herald previously reported that Ray Allen could also be joining the super team Golden State Warriors. The Warriors is reportedly interested in the shooting guard but so is Chicago Bulls.
