Michael Schumacher Health Condition Latest News Updates: Ex-F1 Champ Still Unable To Walk And Stand? Current Health Condition Finally REVEALED!

This is perhaps the time all Michael Schumacher fans have been waiting for as his lawyer was recently forced to share a real-time medical bulletin in court. According to Schumacher's family lawyer Felix Damn, the 47-year-old Formula One superstar is still unable to walk and stand in spite of the claims of the German magazine, Bunte.

Even though the latest update on Michael Schumacher's health condition was far from good, fans now have some concrete information about the real status of their idol's health. According to BBC News, Damn's admission abut Schumacher's inability to walk and stand even with his therapists' assistance came after Bunte magazine published a report last December with a headline, "He [Schumacher] Can Walk Again."

The controversial report, which was called by Michael Schumacher's longtime manager Sabine Kehm as "irresponsible," even cited a source who claimed Schumacher was "very thin." The insider further claimed the embattled German racer was able to walk and raise his arm with the help of his therapists.

Due to the report, Kehm was forced to address the issue amid the family requested media blackout, saying the claims were untrue and only gave "false hopes" to the people who love Schumi. The Guardian also noted Kehm's statements in February, where she admitted that the family remains optimistic about Schumi's recovery in spite of the reports about the F1 champ's worsening condition.

As a result of the reckless press report, Michael Schumacher's family filed a lawsuit against German magazine Bunte in Hamburg. Due to the lawsuit that costs €40,000-100,000 (£34,000-£85,000) for invading Schumi's privacy, Damn revealed the recent state of the seven-time F1 champion's health condition as part of the court hearing, The Telegraph reported.

Meanwhile, the latest update on Michael Schumacher's health condition came after months of elusive reports and the silent treatment from Schumi's family. Schumacher almost lost his life when he sustained fatal head injuries during a skiing accident at the French Alps on Dec. 29, 2013.

At the time of the accident, Daily Mail learned Michael Schumacher was airlifted to Grenoble Hospital. He was then placed in a medically induced coma for six months following two life-saving operations.

Currently, Michael Schumacher continues to undergo an intense rehabilitation program at a custom-built, highly secured and state-of-the-art medical suite located at the comforts of his Geneva, Switzerland mansion. He is reportedly under the care of 15 medical experts supervised by professor Francois Payen, as per Parent Herald.
