"Vikings" is set to make the comeback on November 30 on the History Channel. Screen Rant revealed that the first half of the series is already good to go, while the other half is still on production. The previous season ended with a cliffhanger which revealed that Rollo and Ragnar went through a bruised filled confrontation.

It was also revealed that Lagertha will be using the opportunity to make political moves for Kattegat, which could possibly throw Ragnar off balance. As for Aslaug, a great turmoil would be bestowed upon her as Lagertha would take the opportunity to plot revenge as Aslaug destroyed her family in the past.

Movie News Guide then added that that Ivar the Boneless' story would be highlighted as Ragnar's son would step into the limelight. "Vikings" fans will get a glimpse of whom Ivar the Boneless is and why is he called one of the most brutal "Vikings" of his time.

Parent Herald on the other hand previously released spoiler where it was revealed that Lagertha will finally get to know her new lover. Michael Hirst revealed that she will be falling in-love with a woman, Astrid.

"Obviously, time has passed. Ragnar had lost a huge battle, and actually, normally, in Viking society at that time, if your leader, Earl or King had lost in that way, they would quickly have been killed and replaced, because it was a meritocracy," Michael Hirst told Entertainment Weekly. "But Ragnar was different because he was the most famous Viking in Scandinavia. But for him, the shame of losing was too great to stay around. He absented himself. But he was too famous to immediately replace."
