iPad Mini 5 Release Date and Specs: March 2017 Is The Date?

Apple's iPad Mini 5 rumored to knock the doors of the tech market in an event expected to be held on March 2017. There were huge expectations from the iPad enthusiasts about the launch of iPad Mini 5 in the Apple's September event along with iPhone 7 and watch series 2 wearable devices.  

It is speculated that Apple will launch its iPad Mini 5 in March 2017 as it is seen that debut of new devices is usually done in March from Apple. Apple Mini 5 is rumored to have 7.9 inch display and expected to be coming with new name as iPad Pro Mini. A pressure sensitive 3D technology is expected to be incorporated into the new iPad Mini 5.

According to Christian Times, iPad Mini 5 is rumored to be packed with processor coupled with a 12-core 7th Generation PowerVR graphics along with a random access memory of 3 Giga bytes along with 32 Giga bytes of internal storage expandable up to 256 Giga bytes.

It is rumored that Apple might take off the 3.5mm headphone jack from it as done in the newly released iPhone 7 and 7 Plus. iPad Mini 5 is equipped with 1.2 MP front camera and 8 MP rear camera for best quality images.

The iPad Mini 5 might be thinner than its predecessors and is expected to have a  5124 mAh battery and also rumors says that as the device size is shrunk in thickness, there are expectations that the battery size might shrink but with immense energy to power the device.

iPad Mini 5 is expected to have a Series 7000 aluminum casing, which will make it thinner and light. Apple has not given any official statement on the release of its new device iPad Mini 5.
