‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Season 13 Spoilers: Meredith Faces New Complicated Love Triangle; Alex, Riggs Bromance Hindered?

"Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 is suggested to see a complication between Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) and her sister Maggie (Kelly McCreary) because of Nathan Riggs (Martin Henderson). Another difficulty that the next episode is suggested to face is Alex Karev's (Justin Chambers) new formed friendship with Nathan. Could Meredith complicate Alex' new friendship on "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13?

A new Twitter post from the official account of "Grey's Anatomy" hinted that the next episode will deal with a couple of complications. It seems that it will be Meredith who will have to face more complications than the others on "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 especially that Nathan will be starting to show interest in her.

The fourth episode of "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 is suggested to see Nathan develop feelings for Meredith. As the sneak peek revealed, Nathan asked Meredith to hangout to which Meredith replied, "I don't hangout."

Nathan's crushing on Meredith might not be good news for her sister Maggie is it has already been established that Maggie has a thing for Nathan too, Yahoo News reported. Maggie has even asked Nathan out and to recall, Maggie and Meredith are really not in good terms now because of Alex' case. Will the sisters be able to fix their issues on the next episode of "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13?

Meanwhile, Nathan is also expected to develop a thing with Alex but this time, it's just friendship, MovieFone reported. Maggie might not accept this new formed relationship well since she also has a thing for Andrew DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti) who was badly beaten by Alex. Additionally, things can get more complicated as Meredith seems to have developed deeper feelings for Alex while Nathan has just started to like her. Could this be a start of a love triangle on "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13.

"Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 airs every Thursday at 8 p.m. on ABC. The fourth episode is titled "Falling Slowly."
