'Counting On' At Risk Of Cancellation As Fans Are Sick Of The Duggar Courtship Rules Storyline Which Is Slammed For Hypocrisy

The Duggar family is back in the headlines after one of the daughters, Jinger Duggar, announced her engagement. Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo's announcement to tie the knot was placed at risk as they are being closely watched by the entire Duggar family.

Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo announced their engagement which excites the entire Duggar clan. Though their plans to tie the knot may seem like good news, The Hollywood Gossip reported that the young couple broke several courtship rules. It was mentioned that Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo can't seem to stay away from each other, as the Duggar matriarch, Michelle, described the couple as a magnet.

The Duggar-Vuolo engagement is currently part of the storyline of the "19 Kids and Counting" spinoff, "Counting On" which is aired on TLC. The show follows the story of Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo as they embark on a new journey involving courtship, engagement, and marriage. On the last episode of "Counting On," however, fans were not impressed as they started to lose interest in their storyline.

"Counting On" is said to be on the verge of cancellation as the series is constantly being slammed by fans. One of the biggest frustrations that fans continually voice out is the "Duggar Courtship Rules," which fans deemed as pure hypocrisy. It was mentioned that Duggar couples should not in any way, make physical contact with their partners until their wedding. It was then added that the most that they can do is hold hands and share a side hug, other than that is tagged as "breaking the courtship rules."

Fans praise Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo as they boldly defy the Duggar courtship rules as they openly share their affection. As for the rest of the Duggar family, however, they are being pointed out for their fundamentalist lifestyle which led to hypocrisy as fans and viewers pointed out Josh Duggar's sex scandals.
