According to NPR, AT&T have reached a staggering $85.4 Billion USD to make the AT&T and Time Warner merger possible. The news of AT&T and Time Warner merger has stirred up both industries and has drawn criticisms from lawmakers. The AT&T and Time Warner merger also affected the Presidential campaign to a certain degree.
