‘The Walking Dead’ Season 7 Spoilers: Carol, King Ezekiel Hooking Up? No Rick, Negan & The Alexandrians In Episode 2?

A Michonne (Danai Gurira) plot from the comic books may probably become Carol's (Melissa McBride) on AMC's "The Walking Dead." That plot twist puts Carol in a romance with King Ezekiel (Khary Payton), the leader of the newly introduced faction The Kingdom.

In the comic books, it was Michonne who was romantically involved with Ezekiel. But prior to that, Michonne also hit it off with Tyreese and Morgan, who both tragically met their deaths. On "The Walking Dead," however, Michonne is currently romancing Rick (Andrew Lincoln) but in the comics, the latter was with Andrea.

Given Michonne's involvement with Rick, it's highly unlikely that her romance with Ezekiel based on the comic books would push through on "The Walking Dead." That would likely go to Carol, who also hooked up with Tyreese in the comics.

Carol and Ezekiel's romance on "The Walking Dead" Season 7 was heavily hinted when it was revealed that she and Morgan (Lennie James) would be the first survivors to reach The Kingdom. Plot leaks from The Spoiling Dead Fans claimed that Carol will continue showcasing her motherly and homemaker façade but Ezekiel sees right through her -- to her darker persona and identity crisis.

Ezekiel will "understand" Carol and the latter, in turn, could begin to see right through Ezekiel as well and his colony's smokescreen. In the comics, The Kingdom carries out banquets, tournaments, and the people happily play their part. This might head to "The Walking Dead" and Carol would be the one calling out Ezekiel's theatrics, according to ComicBook.com.

Undead Walking speculated that character deaths won't happen in episode two of "The Walking Dead" Season 7. "The Well" would likely establish The Kingdom and would focus on Carol's recuperation after getting shot multiple times, with Morgan caring for her until she is able to function again.

The Spoiling Dead Fans also claimed that Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), Rick, Michonne, Maggie (Lauren Cohan), Carl (Chandler Riggs), Sasha (Sonequa Martin), and the rest of the Alexandria community won't appear until episode four of "The Walking Dead," MovieFone reported. This means that fans will have to wait a few more weeks to see how they're coping after Glenn's (Steven Yeun) and Abraham's (Michael Cudlitz) deaths.

Negan, however, will reappear in episode three and viewers will find out what he plans to do with Daryl (Norman Reedus), who he abducted at the end of the premiere. Watch a sneak peek for The Kingdom below. "The Walking Dead" episode two airs on Sunday, Oct. 30.
