New 'Days Gone' Game Features Finally Revealed; Sony Confirmed The Released Date Early 2017

The game called "Days Gone" is about to release early next year, which was developed by the SIE Bend Studio. The SIE Bend Studio is the developer behind the famous Syphon Filter series back in 1999 which was an exclusive game for the Sony PlayStation.

Sony revealed the "Days Gone" back in the E3 2016 last July and is now set to release this coming 2017. "Days Gone" is an open world action-adventure video game that features survival horror gameplay as the News Maritime reported.

Sony will publish the game which is set in a post-apocalyptic setting, presented in a third-person perspective. Players take control of the main protagonist names Deacon St. John, who is known to be one of the human survivors along with some of his friends.

Players will be controlling Deacon in order to survive in the world filled with zombies. According to the Worth Playing, "Days Gone" is packed with a massive action gameplay. "Days Gone" features a huge map that can be explored as a whole and it also has dynamic AI that will force the players to utilize all the tools and weapons available around along with their mental instinct as a human player.

The Games Radar said that the "Days Gone" is not your traditional zombie game due to its dynamic AI. Sony confirmed that the "Days Gone" will feature an AI zombie with several types of behavior, some can jump, can run faster than the usual while some seem to be ignoring everyone else. The zombie hordes will let you work like a killing machine until you turn your back around and be the running man.

"Days Gone" will also feature Deacon's bike as his main tool for traveling and exploring. The bike will be your mobile-base where you can store items, prepare your loadouts and manage all the things you need for you to survive.

Sony and SIE Bend Studios are now ready to release the game next year on PlayStation 4. Stay tuned for more announcement and updates as we cover everything for the upcoming game called "Days Gone."
