Pregnant With Jesus: 19-Year-Old Claims She's Giving Birth To Jesus, Mom Reaches Out For Help From Dr. Phil

A 19-year-old girl is claiming that she is pregnant with Jesus and will soon be giving birth to the savior. Featured in the "Dr. Phil" show on Wednesday, Nov. 2, Haley has not been receiving support from her mother and sister, and even the church their family belongs to have downplayed her story.

Haley has gained 22 pounds in the last few months and insists that she's pregnant with Jesus as her baby. Footage from "Dr. Phil" has Haley checking out her baby belly, which does look like she's heavy with child.

The teenager also insists that she has felt her baby kick despite her family saying that there's nothing in there. Six pregnancy tests reveal that Haley is not pregnant as these all came out negative, Patheos reports.

Haley came to the "Dr. Phil" show because of concerns from her mother that she could be suffering from delusions. "The first time I heard her say that, she actually was saying it was Jesus Christ in her stomach," Kristi told Dr. Phil. "I looked at her like she had lost her mind," she added.

WWLP reports that Haley's mother describes her daughter as a compulsive liar. The 19-year-old has made claims of being on "American Idol" and calls Eminem her father.

Kristi is hoping that Dr. Phil would be able to help determine if Haley is only acting up or if they should seek a professional. Since believing she's pregnant with Jesus, Haley's family said that the only way they can manage was to actually treat her as if she's having a baby. It was later revealed, however, that Haley was apparently already diagnosed as a paranoid schizophrenic, The Sun reports.

Haley's story is still developing on the "Dr. Phil" show and further tests will be shown on the episode airing Thursday, Nov. 3. What will the growth on her belly reveal? Do you think Haley's mom should go ahead and seek professional treatment for her daughter? Discuss in the comments!
