The Comedy Central long-running series is bound to end in its 7th season. The season is set to premiere its 7th and final season by January of next year as reported by Variety. "Workaholics" revolves around the storyline of college dropouts, co-workers of one of the biggest telemarketing companies and their drug dealer. The series' first aired in 2011 which managed to capture the viewers' interest.

"Workaholics" which is directed by five directors, namely Adam DeVine, Anderson Holm, Kyle Newacheck, Connor Pritchard, and Dominic Russo. Aside from directing the show four of the directors, except Pritchard are also part of the cast.

Variety revealed that the show is bound to end as each director is busy with their career paths. It was mentioned that DeVine is bound on a new comedy show. Holm, on the other hand, is set to star on "Pigeon," who is a famous detective keen on his works but is quite unsuccessful with this personal life. Holm will be playing the role of Simon Pigeon which is still a work in progress. As for the rest of the cast, they are moving forward with their personal projects that are yet to be announced.

 "Workaholics" may end soon, but it was reported that the comedy show will end with an unforgettable season. The series will have its finale with "The Vampire Diaries" star, Nina Dobrev on board. Dobrev already confirmed her participation on "Workaholics" by posting the announcement on her twitter page.
