"The Last Of Us 2" from Naughty Dog will not be an Ellie (Ashley Johnson) and Joel (Troy Baker) sequel as teased by "TLOU" creator Neil Druckmann. The coming iteration of the survival horror game from Naughty Dog had been widely speculated to continue the story of Ellie and Joel after their encounter with the Fireflies, but Neil Druckmann may have revealed otherwise.

"The Last Of Us 2" may not be happening with Ellie and Joel as the main characters. Ellie and Joel each have their own solid fanbase, and fans waiting for the new Naughty Dog game are hoping to see more chapters about "The Last Of Us" characters.
