Brad Pitt Child Abuse Accusations Cleared; “Mr. & Mrs. Smith” Actor Now Has Chance Of Shared Custody Of Kids?

Brad Pitt's alleged child abuse accusations were finally cleared according to the L. A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services. As a matter of fact, the "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" actor fully cooperated in the thorough inquiry done by the department. They found no wrongdoing on Brad Pitt's part. He now has a chance at ongoing custody battle against ex-wife Angelina Jolie.

Sources from law enforcement have said that the Department of Children and Family Services concluded that it would shut down the investigation involving an incident in September between Brad and Maddox inside a private jet. The Department had reached the decision that Brad did not commit child abuse during an argument that ended with physical contact between the father and child.

The case was investigated in full detail, with social workers interviewing Brad, Angelina, the kids, and all the witnesses on the plane. Everyone cooperated in the investigation. They have concluded that no further action will be taken.

The conclusion is a repudiation of sorts of allegations by Angelina, who said that Brad Pitt struck the young boy intentionally and without justifiable reason. She has also claimed that Brad Pitt had a pattern of misconduct, something that Department of Children and Family Services did not buy.

Now that Brad Pitt is cleared of the allegations, he has a big advantage in the custody case. As of Wednesday, Angelina Jolie is asking for sole physical custody and Brad wants joint custody. Brad's position is favored by California judges, but it seems like they already reached a temporary arrangement. Check the video below for more information!
