Jennifer Garner, Ben Affleck Divorce Update: Stars In No Rush To Split For The Kids, Focused 'On Being A Family Right Now'

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are spending more time with their kids than they actually spent for their divorce.

Garner, 43, was spotted with Affleck, 42, along with their three children in a local school fair last Saturday, as per a report from PEOPLE.

A source told the news outlet that the ex-couple are not in a "rush" to file for a divorce, but are instead deciding to spend time with their kids, "concentrating on being a family right now."

The report says that Affleck plans to stay in Georgia for the rest of the summer. "That was the plan. He's happy to be there with the family," the source tells PEOPLE.

"This is not easy on him. I'm sure it's not easy on Jen either, but this is hard for him ... and he's happy to be with the family." The source also adds that Affleck is taking on the role of "Mr. Mom" and plans to be with his kids "as much as he can."

The couple is spending most of their time in Atlanta, GA., as Garner is currently filming for the drama, "Miracles from Heaven."

"[Garner]'s finishing a film, so there hasn't been like, 'Okay, let's get this done now,' because they always were like, 'This is happening and still moving forward,'" the source said.

Even though the divorce is still on the way, the couple has decided to make it easy for their kids: Violet, 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3.

A separate report from PEOPLE also notes that the two are even seen wearing their wedding rings. According to a source from the report, their three kids "are a big part of why they're still wearing [the rings]. They just want them to be OK."

However, it seems that the rings are not the only things they use to ensure their kids' well-being. Quality time with them is also on the list.

During the school fair, the two looked to be getting along well as they spent time with their kids, enjoying a bouncy castle and a playful game of softball.

Affleck was spotted wearing a black shirt and black shorts. He taught the kids how to swing a baseball bat and even carried one of his daughters on his shoulders. Garner, on the other hand, was in a casual attire, looking happy and relaxed.

According to Mail Online, the day went well because the following morning, Garner was seen picking up coffee for two. The report speculates that the second cup of coffee is for Affleck.
