'The Batman' Movie: Zac Efron Or Andrew Garfield May Play Robin In Ben Affleck’s Solo Movie?

The release date of the solo movie of Ben Affleck "The Batman" was not yet released but it is said that if the production begins, then it will open in the late 2018 or early to mid-2019.

However, there are two untitled DC films that were set by Warner Bros. to be released on Oct. 5, 2018 and Nov. 1, 2019. According to Screencrush, there is a possibility that the film of Affleck will be opened on the first date mentioned based on the comments made by the CEO of Time Warner, Jeff Bewkes.

He said that "The Batman" will be "a year and a half out".  Aside from bringing the best of the hero movie "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" and the trailer "Justice League", it is also worth noting who will be the trusted ally of Batman.

It is expected that there will have multiple villains in "The Batman". Most probably, he will need some backup from his allied friends. In the movie, there is only one person whom he could trust and that is Robin.

The DC Universe will never be complete without his gang of Robins. As of now, there are no hints except for a dead Jason Todd in the DC Universe according to Movie News Guide. Here are some of the actors who can play Robin in "The Batman".

There are people who would likely to become Robin in "The Batman" like Zac Efron who will be the resurrected Jason Todd. Batman provided a rule not to kill, but he broke it in "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" that is why Efron's Jason mind will be in conflict. The outcome will be different if Batman and Efron's Jason will break out a fight.

Andrew Garfield may play as Dick Grayson aka Nightwing. He became a hero in his own right. Ryan Potter may be new for some people but his viral video proves him to be worthy of Tim Drake's Robin. Asa Butterfield may be slightly old to portray the son of Batman with Talia, Damian Wayne, but he could still be worthy to that because of his looks.

There are many more possibilities, so you must be the one to find out! Stay tuned for more developments on "The Batman" movie.
