Nintendo Switch Launch Lineup Update: 'Skyrim', 'Super Mario', 'The Legend of Zelda' Are Coming To NX?

The holidays are coming but the Nintendo Switch, also known as NX, will be missing the party although there are several reasons why NX is missing it. Reasons like "Skyrim", "Super Mario" and "EA" are but a few of those whilst rumors have spread that NX will be including a lot of big-name games upon its launch.

It would be a bit disappointing for many fans to not be able to add the "Nintendo Switch" to their Christmas wish lists. However, for those who are looking for a dose of Nintendo while waiting for the Nintendo Switch, the NES Classic Edition is available for Santa to deliver in time for Christmas, but fans must act fast because it seems that stocks are running out.

The Nintendo Switch won't be out until March but upon launching it will include a lot of surprises along with it. According to the BusinessInsider, "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" is most likely launching with the NX.

Although it has not been officially stated, those who watched the reveal video of the Nintendo Switch will notice scenes from "Skyrim" on the console. "Skyrim" has already been released on major gaming consoles so it wouldn't be a surprise for "Skyrim" to find its way into the Switch as well.

Another game to expect from the Nintendo Switch is "The Legend of Zelda", though there have been rumors going around that this might not make it in time for the launch. But from the reveal trailer of the NX a playable "Legend of Zelda" seems to be in the works.

Also "Super Mario" will be making an appearance on the console, since Mario has been an icon of Nintendo, he would have a prominent place in the Nintendo Switch.

The "Super Mario" on the Nintendo Switch will likely be similar to "Super Mario 64" which came out for the N64. A couple of Wii U titles will also be re-released for the Nintendo Switch, an enhanced "Mario Kart 8" and "Super Smash Bros." to make use of the unique controls of the Switch and add to its social aspect.

"EA" has also shown interest in the portable console and may release some big titles for the Nintendo Switch. The games may likely be "EA Sports" games such as "FIFA" or "Madden". More details about the Nintendo Switch will be made available when Nintendo does their official reveal on January 12 next year.
