'iZombie' Season 3 Premiere Date And Spoilers: Who Is The New Villain?

Details about the upcoming "iZombie" Season 3 are here and everyone's excited for Liv's new crime-solving stint. Also, will fans expect a new villain in the third season?

In an interview with IGN, actress Rose McIver, who plays as Liv  in "iZombie," revealed that she's excited to see who's the new villain in Season 3. However, she added that she is sure that Stacey Boss (Eddie Jemison) will still be the main villain.

Though Vaughn (Steve Weber) is still more dangerous that Stacey, Liv, and Clive (Malcolm Goodwin) and Major (Robert Buckley) luckily ended his reign. So, is Stacey Boss the new villain in "iZombie" season 3?

There are speculations that Vivian Stoll (Andrea Savage) can also be a threat to Liv. It can be recalled that Vivian and Vaughn were partners in their businesses on the streets of Seattle, E! Online recaps.

Vivian was recently introduced in the finale episode of "iZombie" Season 2. However, Liv is still in doubt whether she'll be a friend or foe in the new season of "iZombie."

"iZombie" Season 3 will also dig deeper in the Seattle underworld. It will be one of the central themes in the hit TV show. Fans will see a lot from the zombie land as Liv and the gang try to understand it.

Moreover, fans will have to expect a braver and stronger Liv in "iZombie" Season 3. After having her heart broken, she'll also be selective of the people whom she will trust in this season, actress McIver also expressed.

But "iZombie" Season 3 is not going focus solely on Liv. Fans will see more of Liv's team in the new season. Live will be seen hanging out more with Blaine as her go-to person. Additionally, there will still be crimes and cases that Liv and the team will try to solve. Similar to other seasons, an overarching in the story will reveal a bigger plot.

"iZombie" season 3 will premiere with a two-hour special on April 4, 2017, at 8 p.m. on CW.
