"Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 Episode 7 is set to see the conclusion of The CW crossover episodes while its eighth episode is suggested to see the return of a familiar character. "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 Episode 7 which is slated to air on Dec. 1 will see Kara Danvers, Barry Allen, Oliver Queen and their teams to join the Legends as they find a way to terminate the Dominators. The newly released synopsis suggests that Professor Martin Stein will be distracted in their mission because of an aberration in the past caused by his younger self, Parent Herald reported.

"Legends of Tomorrow" Episode 8, on the other hand, is speculated to see the much-awaited comeback of Leonard Snart also known as Captain Cold. Captain Cold will reportedly return on the mid-season finale of "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 which is suggested to be the eighth episode of this season, Cinema Blend reported.

In the report, it was revealed that Legion of Doom, a group of villains created by the Reverse-Flash, will include Captain Cold. It will be a shocking revelation to the Legends after Captain Cold sacrificed his life to save the timeline in the first season of "Legends of Tomorrow."

However, the Captain Cold returning this season is not the one fans have loved in the first season. He is a past version of Snart before he entered the Waverider to help Rip Hunter on "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 1. However, Captain Cold's return on "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 Episode 8 is not yet confirmed though it seems a possibility.
