What's next for Kate? She's getting a weight-loss surgery in New York. While on the plane, Kate holds the hand of a fat-shamer while a turbulence hit their flight. The incident led the "This is Us" character to tell her family where she really is, US weekly recaps.

Also, Beth (Susan Kelechi Watson) confronts Rebecca about the biggest secret this episode. Beth threatens Rebecca that she'd tell her secret if Rebecca wouldn't. So, all tears broke loose during the confrontation that night. What is Rebecca hiding?

"This is Us" Season 1 Episode 8 didn't stop there. The biggest secret of the night was Randall's (Sterling K. Brown). While retrieving his cassette tapes in the Williams' home, he saw a letter from Rebecca with his picture. Randall confronted Rebecca, asking if she knew his father all along. The answer was right in front of him and all he felt was betrayal, E! News recaps.
