‘Nintendo Switch’ Praised By Two of Gaming’s Big Bosses, Any Comments?

The upcoming Nintendo Switch is surrounded by criticisms from across the industry. Here's what two big bosses of the gaming world have to say in favor of the new console.

The upcoming Nintendo Switch was praised by Todd Howard, the director of Bethesda game studios, stating that it's one of the best demo's he's seen during E3 2016. A recent interview with Todd Howard revealed that the Nintendo Switch may have been showcased within a closed-door presentation to some selected executives. The head honcho of Bethesda has this to say for the Nintendo Switch console: "I love it. I got to play it. I will tell you - well, maybe that's an N.D.A. thing. One of the best demos I've ever seen. Probably the best demo I've ever seen. At E3."

Todd Howard also states that: "I mean the device itself. I think it's really smart what they're doing. We're definitely going to be supporting it. It's the first time we've done something on Nintendo." A statement like that coming from the director of a large company like Bethesda is a very good sign for the future of Nintendo Switch.

Bethesda has been one of gaming industry's biggest names in both online or offline modes. Todd Howard is the genius behind the blockbuster "Fallout" and "The Elder Scrolls." "Fallout 4" alone earned 750 million in the first 24-hours after the games release, while The Elder Scrolls has already sold more than 30 million since it was released, according to an article by glixel.

The speculations and controversies regarding the capability of the Nintendo Switch are being countered by the developers who are supporting the console. A couple of days after the device was revealed, a lot of speculations flooded the web criticizing the capability of the console. Nvidia's CEO Jen-Hsun Huang stepped up and defended the capability of the new console stating that the Nintendo Switch design is "ground-breaking." He added that the type of gameplay Nintendo wants to achieve is nothing the world has ever seen before, based on IGN. Statements coming from two of the gaming industry's biggest names cannot be ignored, Nintendo Switch no doubt is going to be a next-gen console.
