LG Electronics apparently opted to pack a removable battery in the LG G6 for the issues of safety and yield, The Korea Herald reported. Reports claimed that LG just revealed a new all-in-one module that could function as a camera and an iris scanner at the same time. The technology, which was unveiled in October during the Korea Electronics Show, is suggested to be implemented in the new LG G6.

Another compelling LG G6 specs is the rumored LG Pay, LG's mobile payment system. Similar to Samsung Pay, the technology also uses Magnetic Secure Transmission (MST Solution). It is believed to allow users make easy payments by simply tapping the smartphone on the magnetic card readers usually found in stores.
