'NCIS' Season 14 News & Updates: Agent Fornell Returns! One More Character Reappears?

Recent news and updates about the "Naval Criminal Investigative Service Special (NCIS)" Season 14 centers on Joe Spano's character Agent Tobias Fornell's comeback to the series. The agent was reportedly returning to the show bringing back a mix of memories and emotions.

In the previous season, we can recall the scene where Agent Fornell was severely injured as he was shot in the chest. "NCIS" fans were surely shocked and somehow devastated of what had happened. The latest season is expected to show Agent Fornell's recovery as he lives with his former roommate, Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs, played by Mark Harmon.

Do you think Agent Fornell will be staying for good? Both agents will be seen celebrating Christmas together, gift giving and doing other Christmassy stuff. Reports suggest that Agent Fornell might just be a visitor for this season's Christmas special.

There appear to be many questions left unanswered. Every day, the tension gets bigger and stronger.

"NCIS" Season 14 Episode 9 will emphasize and focus on Agent Gibbs and his team as they search for the cause and the source of the numerous threats against Mary Stuard Mastersons' Jenna Flemming. The upcoming episode set to show on Dec. 6, is titled "Pay to Play".

"NCIS" Season 14 Episode 10 will center on restoring its characters and even the viewers as they all have suffered trauma from the previous episodes. Many are already anticipating Agent Fornell's return but he is not the only character coming back to the set.

Reports have it that Adam Campbell who plays Young Ducky will also reappear. Adult "Ducky" (David McCallum) will go on a journey back to his past and will try to analyze the murder case of the Navy captain which is reportedly associated to his mother's death.

On the other hand, Agent Gibbs and his team will try to solve the Navy captain's murder case on their end as they search for more evidence. "NCIS" Season 14 Episode 10 premieres on Dec 13 titled "The Tie That Binds".
