'Lucifer' Season 2 Episode 10 Recap: 'Quid Pro Ho' Revealed That [Spoiler] Is No Ordinary Human

"Lucifer" Season 2 Episode 10 kick started with Charlotte, Lucifer's mom, about to blow up Chloe Decker's car until Amenadiel showed up. Amenadiel (played by D.B. Woodside) tried to persuade Charlotte (Tricia Helfer) that Lucifer will never stop in finding the killer if she presses the bomb trigger. It also will not make Lucifer go back to heaven if she kills Chloe either.

Due to Charlotte's interest in getting back her son, Lucifer, to heaven, she decided to intervene in Chloe's father's case and became Perry Smith's attorney. Perry Smith was responsible for the murder of Chloe's father, John Decker, and the key witness that was suddenly found dead.

Lucifer took the stand instead and became the witness in the court. Lucifer made an entertaining show and also claimed that Chloe was the first person in the crime scene when the initial suspect was found dead while in the van from his release in jail. That statement Lucifer claimed turned out to be Charlotte's free pass so Perry Smith will be set free.

Meanwhile, Chloe got upset because she thought it was Lucifer who leaked the information to Charlotte so she could use it against her and win the trial. It turns out that Dan was used by Charlotte and got the information through his phone, according to TV Line. Dan also confessed to Lucifer that he slept with his mother, Charlotte. Lucifer was enraged that led to a fight until they damaged a house wall where the Chinese gang Lord was.

The Chinese gang members' house held Lucifer and Dan at gunpoint. In order to get the information of Boris' killer and whoever beheaded him, Maze had to beat the Chinese gang's bruiser. Maze won and Lucifer got the address of the killer, but the place was not pleasant as it turns out that the killer of Boris was also found dead.

Since Perry Smith was about to go free because he was about to be found not guilty, Charlotte decided to talk to Chloe and asked her to take the stand and say Lucifer was a liar and Smith will go to jail. Chloe took the stand and didn't say what Charlotte asked her to do. Chloe took the time on the stand to mention that Lucifer was the best partner she ever had the pleasure of working with.

"Lucifer" Season 2 Episode 10 revealed a major plot twist. Amenadiel was looking for Maze and it was Chloe's mother who was at the house and talked to her instead. Amenadiel went to see his mother, Charlotte and told her that thirty-five years ago, his Father asked him to bless a couple who couldn't have a child.

It turns out that the miracle and the child of the couple grew up to be Chloe. Chloe was put in Lucifer's path and Amenadiel was a pawn that was used by his father. Charlotte took this as a good news and instead of Chloe being an obstacle, she is now the key to "getting it all back."

"Lucifer" Season 2 Episode 10 also revealed Lucifer and Chloe getting closer and about to kiss. Lucifer made it up with Chloe by taking her to a "dinner date" that led to a romantic moment. Chloe is the key to Charlotte and Amenadiel, but they did not specify how exactly. The next episode of "Lucifer" continues on January 16, 2017, according to IMDB.
