Stealing Surges: Seems That Christmas Brings In More Opportunities For Thieves

Christmas season right around the corner. People are shopping and buying gifts for their loved ones and happiness seems to be showering everywhere. However, there's a rather uglier side to all this which has been unfortunately unfurling this year. This year's Christmas preparations has been seeing burglars roaming the streets in search of opportunities to steal. It does not matter to them what they are stealing and from whom, they're just there to steal others' happiness for their good.

Dayton Daily News published a news of a mother whose minivan was stolen. The incident took place in Marysville, Wash in which a single Mother of four boys was robbed of her vehicle with Christmas presents for her kids inside it. Sharon McGregor wanted to surprise her boys and didn't take the gifts out of the car. The gifts were worth 200 dollars according to the report.

Sharon shared the information on her Facebook page and requested that she wants her car back and she will have it even if the car is not in good shape. A gofundme page raised money for her and her children, and the goal of 2000 dollars is achieved already. Sharon and her sons are thankful to those who donated to them.

Online donating and fundraising associations are helping people all over the world. These organizations restore faith in humanity. Gofundme is one of the most famous fundraising websites and helped more than three billion causes. Anyone can help deserving people by just registering on the site and setting the goal that they want to achieve. People can then send money via bank accounts or credit cards.

The website also raises funds for pets and allow people to voluntarily help others and provide medical assistance to those who need care. Many other fundraising associations are working online.
